This is a swim diaper and a bathing suit in one..wear it alone or underneath a bathing suit.

Do not add anything inside, you do not want a swim diaper to be absorbent - it would just absorb pool water. Just snap it on and jump in...no one will have to empty the pool because of you!

Fit: The purpose of a swim diaper is to contain, so it should fit snugly around the legs.
